摘要
研究了不同酯类的流变性能以及它们与磷酸二氢钾(KDP)晶体的相容性,设计并制备了基于不同酯类的几种油基磁流变液,研究了制备的油基磁流变液的流变性能。结果表明,癸酸甲酯、月桂酸甲酯等酯类因具有适当的物理化学性质、较低的粘度水平、与KDP晶体的良好相容性而可用作KDP晶体磁流变抛光的基液;采用微米级软磁羰基铁粉与这些酯类制备的油基磁流变液,在无磁场作用时为剪切稀化的非牛顿型流体,粘度多在100~300mPa.s间(剪切率50s-1),剪切强度为数Pa;油基磁流变液在磁场作用下表现出显著的磁流变效应,剪切强度可达30kPa。
Rheological properties of various esters and their compatibility with potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP) crystal were studied,several non-aqueous magnetorheological fluids(MRFs) based on theses esters were designed and prepared,and rheological properties of MRFs were investigated.It was found that some esters such as methyl decanoate and methyl laurate could be used as carrier liquids for magnetorheological polishing KDP crystal,due to their proper physical and chemical properties,lower viscosity level,and good compatibility with KDP crystal.And non-aqueous MRFs prepared with micron soft magnetic carbonyl iron powders and these esters were non-Newtonian fluids with shear thinning,and their viscosity were 100~300 mPa·s at 50 s-1 while their shear stresses were several Pa,in absence of magnetic field.And these non-aqueous MRFs showed notable magnetorheological effect with shear stress more than 30 kPa,in presence of magnetic field.
