摘要
磁悬浮陀螺仪是一种新兴的惯性导航器件,对其转子位置的有效检测是实现陀螺惯性导航作用的关键。在分析电感传感器磁性能及电容传感器介电性能的基础上,设计了应用于磁悬浮陀螺转子检测的差动式检测电感和检测电容,并对两种传感器非电学量到电学量的转换进行了计算,将其用于转子位移以及偏转角度的检测,最后对实验结果进行了分析。设计的传感器其灵敏度和精度满足陀螺对加速度及角速度检测的要求。
Effective detection of the rotor plays an important role in the magnetically suspended gyroscope,which is an emerging inertial navigation device.In this paper,the principles of inductive sensors and capacitive sensors were analyzed and differential detection sensors were designed,the transformations from non-electrical measurements to electrical measurements were calculated,and the sensors were applied to the detection of displacement and angular deflection of the rotor.Results showed that acceleration and angular velocity can be successfully measured by the sensors.
