摘要 随着雷达技术以及现代移动通讯的不断发展,系统对低噪声放大器的带宽、线性、低噪声提出了更高的要求。一个性能良好的低噪声放大器可大大改善接收机系统的信噪比。本文从宽带匹配和噪声的角度出发分析了超宽带高线性低噪声放大器的设计,利用ADS软件的辅助设计,实现了一种在30MHz~1350MHz频段的高线性低噪声放大器。通过采用视频数据法优化电路各元件参数,实现增益大于20dB,增益平坦度小于±1dB,P1-dB大于26dBm,噪声系数小于4.5dB,输入输出电压驻波比小于1.6。 With the continuous development of radar technology and mobile system,Systems bring forward higher requirements in bandwidth,linearity,and noise for low noise amplifier(LNA).A good LNA can greatly improve the signal to noise ratio(SNR) of the receiver.Design of ultra-broad band,high linearity low noise amplifier(LNA) was performerd from the point view of wideband match and noise.A LNA working in frequency of 30MHz to 350MHz was developed based on ADS software aided design.The LNA was designed using video data method for the optimization of circuit parts parameters,with gain of above 20dB,floatness below ±1.0Db,P1-dB of more than 26dBm,noise-figure of less than 4.5dB,input and output VSWR of less than 1.6.
