摘要
在零件结构分解的基础上提出了基于单元的产品结构建模方法,通过功能与结构之间的映射实现了零件结构原型的自动生成和设计概念的图形化,并给出了以基因单元为操作单位的单元置换技术,最后通过实例说明了本文方法的应用。
This paper put forward a unit based product structural modelling method on the basis of structure decomposition of machine parts. automatic generation of prototype of part structure and figuration of designing concept are realized through mapping between function and structure. It also presented the technique of unit substitution which takes the gene unit as the manipulation unit. Finally, the application of the method stated in this paper is illustrated through a living example.
