Kinematic viscosity is the most important basis for choosing lubricants. The factors affecting on quality indicator of lubricating oils, but also an important determination of kinematic viscosity of lubricating oils covering viscometer, temperature control, cleanliness and volumes of samples were analyzed, and the measuring conditions only was controlled strictly to ensure the accuracy of the determination.
