摘要 以童亭萃余煤为原料制备炭膜,采用水蒸气为活化剂调孔,探讨了加水蒸气量、活化温度、活化时间对炭膜孔隙率的影响。结果表明:炭膜的孔主要是微孔和中孔,当水蒸气加入量1.41 mL/min,活化温度800℃,活化时间105 min,最有利于孔隙率的增加,在此条件下制得的炭膜孔隙率为35.8%。可见利用水蒸气活化法调节炭膜的孔隙是可行的。 The carbon membrane from Tongting coal residue was prepared by steam activation.The effects of the amount of the steam added,activation temperature,and activation time on the porosity of carbon membrane were investigated.The results showed that the pores of carbon membrane were mainly micropore and mesopore.The optimum conditions which promoted the increase of porosity were steam 1.41 mL/min,the activation temperature 800 ℃,and the activation time of 105 min.Under these conditions,the porosity of carbon membrane obtained was 35.8%.Therefore the adjustment of carbon membrane porosity by steam activation was feasible.
