摘要
以3CdSO4.8H2O、Na2S.9H2O和EDTA为主要原料,在室温下,利用液相沉淀法制备CdS纳米晶。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)技术对产物进行表征,并用电化学分析仪测试产物对硫化物电解质溶液的催化性能。对产物的形成机理进行了初步分析。结果表明,产物纳米CdS为立方晶相,纯度较高。产物对1 mol/L Na2S溶液的电催化活性的提高具有一定促进作用。
Using 3CdSO4·8H2O,Na2S·9H2O and EDTA as the main precursors,nanocrystalline CdS was prepared by the liquid phase and precipitation method.The final products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electrochemical instrument.The formation mechanism of the products was analyzed initially.The electro-catalytic performance of the nanocrystalline CdS was tested for sulphide redox couple reaction.It showed that the nanocrystalline CdS can be indexed as primitive cubic structure.The as-prepared CdS had fairly good purity and no granular aggregation phenomenon.It can heighten the electro-catalytic performance for the solution of 1 mol/L Na2S.
