摘要 采用羟基保护法制备月桂酸单甘酯,研究月桂酸单甘酯(简称GML)的合成与提纯,得到了含量98%的单甘酯产品。并利用正交试验对合成月桂酸单甘酯的反应条件进行了讨论,得出硼酸保护法制取月桂酸单甘酯的最佳工艺:甘油与月桂酸的摩尔比3∶1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为0.15%,反应温度240℃,反应时间2 h。采用分子蒸馏(Molecular Distination)对粗产品进行了提纯分离,并应用高碘酸氧化法测定产品纯度,最终制得纯度98%以上的GML产品。 Glycerol Monolaurate(GML) was prepared through hydroxyl protection and GML with 98% content was further produced by purification.The effects of different factors on the reaction were discussed by orthogonal experiment method.The optimum condition were found that mole ratio was 3:1,0.15%P-toluene sulphonic acid was served as catalyst,synthesis temperature was 240 ℃ and reacting time was 2 h.Moleeular distillation was used to purify crude product containing GML and the content of GML in products was determined by periodate oxidation,finally more than 98% purity of GML products was achieved.
