摘要
测定宁夏产茴茴蒜中总黄酮的含量,为质量标准的制定提供依据。采用55%乙醇提取茴茴蒜中的总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定总黄酮含量。茴茴蒜的总黄酮含量最高为1.69%,RSD%为1.57。该方法简便、准确,可用于茴茴蒜中总黄酮的含量测定。
The total flavonoids of Rannuncu lus chinensis Bunge producted in Ningxia was determined to provide a basis for the development of quality standards.Using 55% ethanol,the total flavonoids of Rannuncu lus chinensis Bunge rutin as referance substance was extracted,and the total flavonoids content was determined by sodium nitrite-aluminium nitratr colorimety.The highest content of Rannuncu lus chinensis Bunge RSD% was 1.57%.The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for total flavonoids-determine of Rannuncu lus chinensis Bunge.
