石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定鱿鱼中硒含量

Determination of Selenium Content in Squid by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定了鱿鱼中的硒含量,考察了样品相关测定参数。用该法测定鱿鱼中硒含量,加标回收率为93%～112%之间,相对标准偏差为6.56%(n=5)。

Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used for determination selenium content in squid.The measuring parameters were investigated.The result showed that the recoveries were from 93% to 112% and the relative standard deviation was 6.56%（n=5）.
