介绍螺杆压缩机的结构、工作原理及技术特点,简单阐述了再接触制冷系统的流程和工作原理,针对重整装置螺杆制冷压缩机开工过程中所遇到的问题,判断油分离器回流口经常堵死原因,同时为下一步的改造提出了具体方案。经过改造后,两年来氨压机运行情况说明这次改造是成功的。

The structure,the working mechanisms and technical features of screw refrigeration compressor were introduced.The process flow and operational principle of re-contact chilling system were described.The analysis of the problem of screw chilling compressor in the process of start-up concluded that the main culprit of backflow site of oil eliminator was obstructed in CCR unit.Meanwhile,a specific revamping proposal for the backflow site of oil eliminator was put forward.Since revamping,the screw chilling compressor worked well in the two years.It showed that the improvement of screw chilling compressor was successful.
