摘要
设计了2 inch轴向压入式管道接头,利用管接头件的弹塑性变形进行管道间的连接。运用有限元方法对管接头的压接及抗拉过程进行数值模拟,分析管接头在压接过程中的密封原理,并进行了相应的压接与抗拉试验,结果表明,压接力与拉拔力和计算值较为吻合。通过二次设计,加强了管接头承受轴向载荷的能力,能够完全满足实际工程应用要求。
Axial press-in-type pipe fitting of 2 inch in diameter was designed,using elastoplastic deformation of pipe fittings to connect one section of pipe with another.The interference fit and anti-tensile process of pipe fitting were simulated numerically with the use of elastoplastic FE method.The sealing principle of pipe fitting in the interference fit process was analyzed.The results show that the press-in force and the drowing force are identical with the calculation value of the simulation through secondary design.The capability of pipe fitting under axial load is enhanced enough to meet the requirements of the practical application.
