摘要
重轨在轧后冷却时,因固态相变会发生弯向轨底和弯向轨头的复杂弯曲变形,文章采用ANSYS软件对U75V重轨的冷却过程进行数值模拟,得到了U75V重轨冷却过程中的温度变化规律和弯曲变形规律,从理论上对重轨在冷却过程中出现的复杂弯曲变形过程给出了合理的解释;应用后处理模块对计算结果进行处理,计算出冷却后重轨的弯曲曲率半径,计算结果与现场实际情况基本相符。该研究对百米高速重轨冷床的设计和冷却工艺参数的制定,具有重要参考价值。
Because of solid-state phase deformation,heavy rail experienced complex bending deformation including bending over rail bottom and rail head during cooling process after rolling.ANSYS software was adopted to study the cooling process of U75V heavy rail,for obtaining the temperature changing rule and the bending deformation rule of U75V heavy rail during the cooling process,and gave scientific and theoretical explanation to the deformation process.Post-processing module was adopted to deal with calculation results,and the bending curvature radius of heavy rail after cooling was derived.The calculation results tally with the actual situation.This research has important reference value to the design of cold-bed and the formulation of cooling parameters for 100-Meter high speed heavy rail.
