摘要
本文介绍了菌视紫质分子 L-B 膜在激光场作用下产生的非线性光学二次谐波效应以及利用这一效应探测菌视紫质分子取问特征的结果。这一实验结果为光学二次谐波作为表面探测的新手段提供了又一依据。
The enhancement of the second harmonic generation from the bacterior- hodopsin molecules,applying a laser field,is observed.The second-harmonic generation has been used to deduce the average orientation of bacteriorho- dopsin Langmuir Blodgett monolayers.The experimental results are in good agreement with that given by the relationship of π-A and the small angle X ray diffraction.It is also shown that the optical second harmonic genera- tion is one of the good probes in surface research.
