大学校园文化建设是精神文明建设不可缺少的重要组成部分,它对优化大学的育人环境,提升校园的文化品味,全面提高大学生的文化素养,促进大学的改革和健康发展等方面具有十分重要的意义。以科学发展观为指导建设大学和谐校园文化,不仅是建设社会主义先进文化和大学增强竞争优势和发展活力的需要,也是构建和谐校园以及和谐社会的必然要求。在分析校园文化内涵的基础上,进一步阐述了以科学发展观为指导加强大学校园文化建设的必要性,并提出在新形势下通过以社会主义核心价值体系引领大学校园文化建设、优化校园物质环境,创设高品位和谐的育人环境;弘扬先进的校园精神文化,营造和谐的校园人文氛围;加强校园制度文化建设,创造和谐民主的育人管理机制等途径不断推进大学校园文化建设。

In colleges and universities the campus culture building,as an indispensable component of the spiritual civilization building,is of much significance for the optimization of the campus educational environment,upgrade of the campus cultural taste,over-all improvement of college students＇ cultural accomplishment and promotion of the reform and healthy development of colleges and universities.The harmonious campus culture building guided by the view of scientific development is the need of building the socialist advanced culture,the demand of enhancing the competitive advantage and development vitality of colleges and universities,and the necessary requirement of building a harmonious campus and society.Based on the analysis of the connotation of campus culture,the necessity of strengthening the campus culture building guided by the view of scientific development is further expounded.Furthermore,specific measures and effective ways to strengthen the campus culture building in the new situation are discussed： the socialist core value system should be applied to guiding the campus culture building and optimizing the campus material environment;the high-quality harmonious educational environment created and the advanced campus spiritual culture carried forward;and the harmonious humane campus atmosphere created and the campus system culture building strengthened to create a harmonious democratic management mechanism for personnel fostering.
