常州大学学生幸福感调查研究

An Investigation into College Student's Sense of Happiness in Changzhou University

大学阶段是大学生身心状况极易波动的关键时期,大学生幸福感是直接反映其生活质量的重要综合性心理指标。通过对常州大学学生幸福感的问卷调查发现,非学生干部感受的幸福感要弱一些,焦虑程度上也弱于学生干部;对所学专业喜欢程度越高的学生感受到的幸福感也更为强烈。因此,要通过创建良好校园文化;加强心理健康教育;加强专业思想教育;给予学生锻炼的平台来增强大学生的幸福感。

The university student stage is an extremely critical period in which college students are liable for both physical and psychological fluctuation.College students＇ sense of happiness functions as an important comprehensive psychological index that directly reflects the quality of their life.A question-answer investigation into the sense of happiness of the students of Changzhou University shows that non-student-cadres feel less happiness than student cadres but their sense of anxiety is weaker than the student cadres;and the students who like their specialty better than other students feel more happiness.Therefore,in order to strengthen college students＇ sense of happiness,it is suggested that a healthy campus culture be created;the education for psychological health be strengthened;the specialty-loving-oriented ideological education be enhanced;and a platform be provided for students to steel and temper themselves and grow up.
