劳工政策对中国-东盟区域经济合作影响的博弈分析

Labor Policy's Influence on CAFTA Economic Cooperation from the Angle of Game Theory

2010年10月召开的东盟贸易投资峰会,提出要推动中国-东盟区域内的劳务配置,为促进区域内的贸易与投资创造条件,提高区域在国际市场上的竞争能力。但目前我国与东盟各国的劳工政策存在较大差异,这就对劳动力的自由流动造成了不同程度的限制,从而增加了整个区域的生产成本,阻碍了劳动力资源的有效配置。因此,中国-东盟区域内各国应该重新审视和修订劳工政策,对外开放劳务市场,允许劳动力自由流动,同时提高对外务工人员的整体素质。

The ASEAN trade and investment meeting held in October,2010,put forward the idea to push the Chinese-ASEAN labor service,promote the conditions of trade and investment in the district,and increase its competition ability in the international market.But the current labor policy in our country and in ASEAN countries exists big differences.This different degree to limit the labor force free flow has increased the production cost of the whole district and obstructed the effective distribution of the labor resources.Therefore,all countries in China and ASEAN countries should examine and revise the labor policy,open the labor service market,allow labor free flow,and increase the overall qualities of foreign-orionted workers.
