摘要 压电陶瓷(PZT)微位移器是近年发展起来的新型微位移器件,其具有体积小,推力大,精度高等特点,驱动电源是压电陶瓷微位移器应用中的关键部件。该文通过研究直接数字频率合成技术(DDS)及任意波形发生器的相关技术,采用现场可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)与单片机相结合的模式成功设计了PZT驱动电源。测量结果表明,所设计的驱动电路输出电阻小,负载能力大,电路结构简单可靠,响应速度快,有良好的动态性能。 Piezoelectric(PZT)is a newly developed micro-displacement device in recent years,with the characteristic of small size,large thrust and high precision.Piezoelectric drive power is the most important part of piezoelectric micro-displacement device.In this paper,piezoelectric ceramic drive power is designed with the combination of Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) and microcontrollers,using technique based on the research of arbitrary waveform generator and the direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS).The measurements show that the drive circuit designed is simple and reliable.It has the features of small output resistance,large load capacity,fast response speed and good dynamic performance.
