商务谈判的过程,其实就是谈判各方运用各种语言进行交流、沟通和磋商的过程。能否出色地运用语言的艺术是决定谈判成败的关键因素之一。因此,在商务谈判中了解谈判语言的特点,掌握谈判语言的运用技巧,做到"四巧",对促成谈判的成功有重要作用。
The process of business negotiation is actually a procedure of exchanging views,communicating in languages among negotiating parties.To a great extent,the success of negotiation depends on the excellent use of language arts.Therefore,understanding the characteristics of negotiation language,mastering the language techniques in negotiations,and managing to achieve the ＂four skillfulnesses＂ are favorable for winning business negotiations.
