我国医学研究生教学模式现状及选择分析

为提高医学研究生的教学质量,培养更多的医学研究领域的高素质创新人才,调查分析了医学研究生教育采用的多种教学模式的发展现状,分析显示:灌输式、传教式的"传统教学"模式已逐渐被各具特色的新型的教学模式取代。各研究生教育机构推出了各具特色的教学模式来培养医学人才。汇总并分析了讨论会型、PBL型、网络互动型、带课题型等多种新型教学模式,各具特色。研究生教学模式的选择应"以人为本、以激发创新思维能力为主、学习知识技术方法为辅"的培养导向,培养机构应根据学生不同的学习阶段、不同生源结构选择合适的教学模式进行教学。研究生教育可以多层次化,教学模式可以多样化和综合化,选择研究生教学模式的标准,并不在于该模式能够给学习者多少已有知识,而在于它是否具备培养学习者创造性思维的特征,只有具备创造性思维的人才才能适应高科技时代的发展需要。

To ensure the quality of training medical students and train more high-quality innovative medical research personnel, the investigators analyzed the teaching modes of postgraduate medical, which are used in the development of a variety of status. The analysis shows that the traditional ＂indoctrination and missionary-style＂ teaching pattern has gradually been replaced by distinctive new modes of teaching. For diversification of teaching, the graduate education organizations develop distinctive graduate teaching modes to train medical personnel, including the modes of seminar, PBL,network,with the subject and so on. Education mode choice for teaching grad- uate guidelines should be people-oriented and it is mainly used to stimulate innovative thinking ability and learning methods, supplemented by knowledge and technology as the training guide. Education institutions shall i in accordance with their students＇ different learning stage, different levels of personnel choose appropriate teaching model for instruction. Graduate education can more hierarchical, teaching model can diversification and integration. Select graduate teaching mode of standard, mainly lies not in this model can give learners how many existing knowledge. But whether it is with learner of creative thinking features, only to have creative thinking man can adapt to the high-tech era of each respect development needs.
