摘要
我国银行消费者权益保护问题日益突出,应将其纳入监管范围。国外发达国家银行消费者权益保护监管制度已相当完善,而我国目前尚未建立。急需对《银行业监督管理法》、《商业银行法》等法律进行修改,明确将银行消费者权益保护作为立法宗旨和银监会的监管职责加以规定,建立由专门监管机构查处银行消费者权益受损制度和纠纷调处制度,切实保护银行消费者的权益。
The problem of bank consumers' rights and interests in China has become increasingly prominent,and it should be included in the scope of the banking supervision.The regulatory system of the bank consumers' rights and interests protection has been well-established in the developed countries,but it has not been formed in China.It's urgent to amend the Banking Supervision Law,and the protection of bank consumer's rights and interests should be clearly regulated as a legislative purpose and the CBRC's supervisory duty.In order to effectively protect bank customer's rights and interests,specialized regulatory agencies should be established to investigate bank consumer's damages and dispute mediations.
