创业之都综合评价指标体系构建及实证分析——以长沙市为例

The Comprehensive Evaluation Index System Construction of Enterprising Metropolitan and Empirical Analysis——Taking Changsha City for an Example

在分析创业之都含义的基础上,从创业环境、创业投入、创业经济效益、创业社会效益等四个方面构建创业之都综合评价指标体系,并对长沙市2008年创业之都建设的发展程度进行了实证分析。结果表明,长沙市在创业环境建设、创业投入等方面还存在较大差距。

Based on the analysis of the definition of enterprising metropolitan,the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system about enterprising metropolitan,including enterprising environment,enterprising investment,enterprising economic benefit and enterprising social benefit.Then the paper also analyzes the development status of Changsha city in 2008.Results show that there exists a large gap in Changsha at enterprising environment construction,enterprising investment,etc.
