私人调查业是近年我国出现的一大新兴行业。通过分析认为它既有众多正面价值,亦存在不少负面价值。前者包括迎合现实社会需求、有助于私力救济实现和推动我国服务业进一步升级三方面,后者包括可能损害公民基本人权和阻碍国家侦查权运作两部分,实可谓利弊共存。只有在充分发挥私人调查业正面价值基础上消除负面效应,才能真正实现对其有效治理。

Private investigation industry is a new trade in China recently.We find it has a lot of positive values and opposite values by analyzing.The former including three aspects：meets nowadays society needs,improve achieve private help and Chinese service trade development in further.The latter including two sections：maybe injury basic human rights and retard investigation right of state.It is mixing the merits and defects.In order to achieve the effective regulation in really,we must vanish its opposite values on the basis of adequate apply its positive values.
