兵团高职教育与区域经济发展的适应性分析

Analysis on XPCC Vocational Education and Regional Economic Development Adaptability

高职教育促进区域经济发展,区域经济决定高职教育发展。针对兵团高职教育发展面临的新机遇,对兵团高职教育与区域经济发展的适应性进行探讨,得出结论:兵团高职教育的规模、办学条件及质量虽有了稳步提升,但仍在规模、速度及专业结构等方面同经济发展存在不协调等问题。基于兵团高职教育与经济平衡长远发展考虑,特从兵团经济、政府层、院校层及企业层提出应对之策。

Vocational education promotes and also depends on regional economic development.In view of the new opportunities for XPCC vocational educational,this paper studies the adaptability between the XPCC vocational education and the regional economic development,which draws the conclusion that the XPCC vocational education makes progress in terms of size,condition,and quality,but there still exist some problems with its development speed and specialty structure.Considering the balance between the XPCC vocational education and long-term economic development,this paper proposes some countermeasures that can be taken by the government,colleges,and enterprises.
