摘要
本文就直齿圆锥齿轮传动的设计问题,根据模糊分析的基本理论提出了一种模糊优化设计方法。即在普通优化设计基础上考虑设计参数取值的不确定性以及影响设计的某些因素如载荷性质,材质好坏很难用确定数值表示的情况,建立了模糊的约束条件,包括性能约束和几何约束。在满足使用要求的前提下,以直齿圆锥齿轮传动的体积最小为优化目标,建立了该问题的模糊优化设计的数学模型,并给出了优化方法和结果分析。
This paper provides a fuzzy optimum design method for the straight tooth bevel gear drive according to the basic theory of the fuzzy analysis On the basis of the ordinary optimum design considering the random property of the value of many design parameters and some factorsvalue which is very difficult to determine for load property and material quality etc., the fuzzy restrain conditons are set up,including the property restrain and bound restrain on the premise of satisfying using demand,the fuzzy optimum design mathematical model is set up on straight tooth bevel gear drive having an object function of the minimum volume.At last thd optimum method and result analysis is given.
