高职汽车整形技术专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Automobile Shaping Professional Training Mode in Higher Vocational and Technical College

分析我国对汽车整形人才的需求变化、行业企业的优势,在此基础上探讨高职院校汽车整形技术专业人才培养模式的构建。为进一步深化和落实工学结合,各汽车类院校应在现有基础上大力加强校际间的教学合作与校企战略合作,积极推进核心课程基于工作过程的工学结合人才培养模式。

Based on the analysis of changes of demand for professionals of automobile shaping,this paper studies the professional training mode in higher vocational and technical colleges.To deepen the integration and implementation of the teaching mode of ＂combining working with learning＂,this paper suggests college cooperation with other colleges and cooperation with enterprises for the purpose of a training mode based on the working process.
