本文叙述了采用应变片对桑塔纳２ Ｖ／ Ｑ Ｓ发动机同步齿形带预紧力的测定方法，并根据测量结果分析了造成齿形带各部位预紧力不同的可能原因，证明了该方法的可行性。

The article describes the method how to use strain gauge to determine the pro tension of synchronizing toothed belt in SANTANA 2V/QS engine.Basing on the testing results and resisting force moments,what probably causes the difference on pre tightening force of toothed belt according to position is analyzed.thus shows this method is practical.
