s paper illuminate about the methods of developing and designing for the new type tank container.In the text,it mainly introduces how to design and compute the constructions and strength for tank container supporting frames,how to decide the construction and strength for tank container shell and contacts between supporting frames and shell,it also describe how to select the safe attachments and how to do operating tests in empty load or full load conditions.
