杂交水稻超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 用七套籼型杂交水稻的黄化芽,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,EC.1.15.1.1)和过氧化物酶(POX.EC.1.11.1.7)的活性。结果表明强优势的杂交水稻 F_1的 SOD 活性高于亲本平均值;只有弱优势的Ⅱ优64的 SOD 活性低于亲平的平均值。SOD 活性的变化与杂种优势的强弱有密切的相关性。POX 活性高低与优势的强弱未表现出明显的相关性。 We have studied activity of the superoxide dismutase(SOD,EC.1.15.1.1) and peroxidase(POX,EC.1,11.1.7)with hybrids of seven crosses and their parents in rice.The results show that activity of SOD in some hybrid seed- lings which are vigorous obviously is higher than mean value of that in their parents.But activity of SOD in hybrid seedlings which are less vigorous is less higher than that in their parents.Activity of SOD concerns degree of hybrid heterosis closely.Therefore activity of SOD can be as index for hybrid heterosis in rice. But it has not been observed that activity of peroxidase has relation to hybrid heterosis above.
