厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪对老年高血压患者降压效果及左室舒张功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪对老年原发性高血压患者降压效果及左室舒张功能的影响。方法 80例老年原发性高血压患者每日清晨口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪,观察治疗前后血压的变化,并于治疗前后行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查测定左房内径(LAD)、舒张早期峰值流速(E)、舒张晚期峰值流速(A)和E/A值。结果治疗12周后收缩压、舒张压下降(P<0.05);LAD下降(P<0.05),E明显升高(P<0.01),A明显下降(P<0.01),E/A明显升高(P<0.01)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压安全有效,可明显改善老年高血压患者的左室舒张功能。 Objective To explore the effects of irbesartan / HCTZ intervation on hypotension and cardiac diastolic function in elderly patients with hypertention.Methods 80 patients with essential hypertention were received irosartan / HCTZ once-daily in the morning and then blood pressor、color Doppler echocardiograph were performed to observe left artrail diameters(LAD),e,A,and e/Aratio(e/A) before and after treatment.Results After 12weeks treatment,DBP and SBP were decreased significently(P0.05).LAD and A were decreased significently(P0.01).e and e/A were increased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion This findings indicate that irbesartan/HCTZ could not only decreases blood pressure safely and effectively but also show beneficial effect on left ventricular diastolic founction.
