王不留行合谷穴、三阴交穴按压促宫颈成熟240例临床分析

Clinical analysis of promote cervical ripening by Vaccaria seed pressing Hoku and Sanyinjiao (Report of 240 cases)

目的探讨王不留行按压合谷穴、三阴交穴促宫颈成熟的有效性。方法选择240例妊娠足月、单胎头位、胎膜未破、宫颈评分3分以下、无阴道分娩禁忌证者作为观察对象,在知情同意的情况下,用王不留行在合谷穴、三阴交穴按压,合谷穴采用向心方向滚动按压,三阴交穴采用远心方向滚动按压,每次15～20min,一日3次。结果宫颈成熟总有效率为95.00%。宫颈管<2cm的有效率明显高于宫颈管≥2cm的有效率(P<0.05),先露高低及孕周大小对宫颈评分的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论采用王不留行在合谷穴、三阴交穴按压,可有效促进宫颈成熟。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of Vaccaria seed pressing in the Hoku,Sanyinjiao to promote cervical ripening.Methods 240 cases selected full-term pregnancy,single cephalic,membranes were not broken,cervical score 3 points or less and no contraindications for vaginal delivery in pregnant women as an object of observation in the informed consent,using Vaccaria seed in the Hoku,Sanyinjiao press,every 15-20 minutes;three times a day.Hoku scroll by pressing the direction to the heart,Sanyinjiao scroll by pressing the distal direction.Results The overall efficiency of cervical ripening was 95.0%.Cervix2 cm of the cervical canal was significantly higher than the efficiency ≥ 2 cm（P0.05） and first exposed between high and low and to improve the cervical gestational age was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Vaccaria seed pressing in the Hoku,Sanyinjiao can promote cervical ripening.
