重金属镉的生精细胞毒性

Review of the spermatogenic cytotoxicity by heavy metal Cadmium

镉是环境中慢毒性的重金属,生殖系统对其毒性非常敏感。在职业生产和日常生活中,镉可通过皮肤、呼吸、消化道等多种途径进入人体,导致生殖器官和生精细胞受损,影响内分泌物正常产生,引起生殖相关基因的异常表达,影响男(雄)性生精细胞凋亡的正常进行,导致精子数量减少,精子畸形增多,甚至不育。为研究重金属镉对雄性生殖毒性的内在机制,对镉生精细胞毒性进行综述,为防治重金属雄性生殖毒性疾病提供基础资料。

Cadmium is a kind of heavy metal with obvious chronic toxicity and very sensitive to genital system.in the occupation production and the daily life,heavy metals may intrude our life as pollutant and enter our bodys through the skin-contact,the breath and the gastrointestinal absorption and so on,which make the reproductive organ and the spermatogenic cell damaged,the autocoid substance abnormally secreted and the reproduction related genes expressed abnormally.All of these will affect the normal apoptosis of male spermatogenic cell,resulting to the sperm quantity decreasedand the teratospermia increased and even infertility.To investigate the intrinsic mechanism of the toxicity on reproduction correlating with the heavy metal Cadmium and to provide some informaions for prevent and treat heavy metal diseases,it is necessary to review the relationship between the cytotoxicity of male spermatogenic cell and the heavy metal Cadmium.
