摘要
综述康莱特治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究进展,认为康莱特单用治疗非小细胞肺癌的有效率与常规化疗无明显差异,与化疗、放疗联用可产生明显的协同增效作用,并能减轻化疗、放疗的毒副作用。
Development on Kanglaite in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer was reviewed in this paper,Concurrent research showed that there was no significant differences between Kanglaite and chemoradiotherapy.Chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy combined with Kanglaite can relieve side effects of chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,and improve quality of life.Kanglaite may increase effective rate of non-small cell lung cancer combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy.
