我国中药产业现代化发展的实证研究——对我国中药产业现代化发展的评价

Modernization Development Evaluation on Chinese Traditional Medicine Industry

本文构建了中药产业现代化发展评价指标体系,提出了基于ANP的指标权重设定方法,对我国中药产业现代化发展水平进行了评价,并提出了相关的对策建议。研究结果表明:从2001～2009年以来我国中药产业现代化发展水平总体上呈上升趋势,特别是在2005年之后,我国中药产业现代化发展水平显著提高;由于受到国际金融危机的影响,2008年我国中药产业现代化发展水平有所降低;我国中药产业在科技投入、科技产出以及国际化发展方面仍处于较低层次。

This paper constructs a evaluation system for modernization development of Chinese traditional medicine industry through the method of ANP index weight determination, and some counter-measures are bought based on the research. The research results show that, firstly, the modernization development tendency of Chinese traditional medicine industry between 2001 and 2009 is upward. Secondly, the modernization development tendency of Chinese traditional medicine industry in 2008 is downward because of finance crisis. Thirdly, Chinese traditional medicine industry is still in a lower level in the aspects of R＆D input, output and internationalization.
