集资诈骗犯罪的特点及侦查防范对策

近年来,由于我国的货币利率没有形成市场化,造成在人民币利率较低的情况下,社会公众手中的大量空闲资金缺乏有效的释放空间。犯罪分子利用人们急于投资从而获取"超额收益"的心态实施了各种集资诈骗犯罪行为,给社会带来了严重的负面影响。公安机关应根据集资诈骗犯罪的特点采取正确的侦查措施,并制定出切实有效的防范对策。

In recent years,due to China＇s currency＇s lack of market interest rates,resulting in lower interest rates in RMA circumstances,the large number of idle funds of the public is short of space of release.Taking advantage of people＇s eagerness to invest with a view of obtaining ＂excess income＂,criminals committed fraudulent fund-raising crime,which brings heavy negative effect to the society.Public security organs should take right measures and develop effective preventive measures in accordance with the characteristics of crime of fraudulent fund-raising.
