摘要
本文从原油装卸码头的工艺出发，依据中华人民共和国国家标准，系统配置了流量计、密度计、含水分析仪、温度和压力变送器、在线取样器等仪表和标准装置、在线标准体积管以及相配套的计算、显示等计算机设备，保证系统综合计量误差优于±0．35％。经国家法定计量单位认证能够作为商品原油进行交接计量的计量站和离线标定流量计的检定站。
In this paper,basing on the process of crude oil loading and unloading quay,according to GB -9109.1-5.88(crude oil dynamic metering)national serial standards of People's Republic of China,the system is equipped with the following instruments,such as,folwmeter, densimeter, water/oilanalyzer, temperatureand pressure transmitter,on-line sampler and so on,as well as on-line standard prover and data processing computers used for calculation and indication. The combined standard uncertainty of the system is superior to ± 0.35%. By xonfirmation of national legal measurement organizatinn,the system can be used as measurement and calibratioll staton of commercial crude oil and verification station of offline calibrated flowmeters.
