摘要
非正式组织是组织中客观存在的现象,如何面对复杂的价值问题、构建系统的符合非正式组织的价值体系并融合正式组织和非正式组织的价值是管理哲学研究的一个重要方面。本文就试图做一这样的尝试,首先分析了什么是组织、正式组织和非正式组织,其次论述了正式组织和非正式组织的特性,最后论述了在组织中如何融合正式组织和非正式组织的价值并提出了几条建议。
The informal organization is an objective phenomenon in the organization,It's an important aspect of the management philosophy research that how to deal with the complex value of the problem,construction a value system consistent with the informal organization.This article attempts to make such an attempt.First,analysis organization,formal organization and informal organization,next discusses the formal organizations and informal organizational characteristics,finally,discussed in the organization how to integrate the formal and informal organizations'svalue,and made several recommendations.
