中小企业在我国占有举足轻重的地位,但是融资困难严重地制约了中小企业的发展,本文通过分析中小企业融资现状以及特点,提出对策,以期为中小企业顺利融资和健康发展带来一定的理论研究价值。

Currently the status of SMEs in the national economy has been very important,but narrow financing channel problem that plagued the development of SMEs has not been resolved.To analyse SMEs＇ financing status and characteristics,we puts forward countermeasures.We hope to bring certain theoretical research value for smoothly financing and healthy development.
