家电下乡是我国为应对国际金融危机冲击、促进国内消费需求、实现保增长、保民生、保稳定目标而采取的重要举措。本文以市场失灵与政府干预、马克思的供求平衡理论、总需求决定理论为指导,从家电下乡的概念、背景、意义入手,在分析家电下乡中存在的问题及原因的基础上,提出了应对措施。
