中国碳排放权在国际交易中形成价格落差的原因探析——基于MAC的视角

Analysis on the Reasons of Price Scissors on Carbon Emission Rights between China and Abroad: from the Prospect of MAC

自2005年《京都议定书》协议下的碳交易走向实际操作阶段以来,国际碳交易价格在发达国家和发展中国家之间出现了巨额剪刀差。文章依照双边交易模型理论分析了国际碳交易结束在各国边际减排成本均衡点,分析了目前出现价格剪刀差的原因,提出中国应加快建设自愿碳排放市场并设立碳排放权储备池。

Since carbon trade came into practice under the Kyoto Protocol in 2005,huge price scissors exist on carbon permits price between the developing countries and the developed countries.This paper analyses the break-even point of marginal abatement costs when the international carbon trade is over based on the bilateral trade model theory,points out the reasons of the price scissors,and suggests that China should spur to build voluntary carbon market and set up a reserve pond for carbon emission permits.
