输尿管导管技术在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的应用价值

The application value of ureteral catheter technique in laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的:探讨输尿管导管技术在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析158例腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的临床资料。其中87例术前于膀胱镜引导下行双侧输尿管插管,71例未插管。结果:87例输尿管插管患者无一例发生输尿管损伤。未插管组5例发生输尿管损伤,1例术中发现损伤,用3-0可吸收线间断缝合破口,术后留置双J管,3个月后取出,愈合好;4例术后发现输尿管瘘,均二次手术。结论:输尿管导管技术容易掌握,效果显著,值得在妇科腹腔镜手术中广泛推广。

Objective：To investigate the application value of ureteral catheter technique in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods：Comparative study was made on 87 cases（ureteral intubation directed by cystoscope before operation） and 71 cases（no ureteral intubation） in 158 cases with laparoscopic hysterectomy.Results：No ureteral damage was found in patients with ureteral intubation.Ureteral damage was found in 5 cases without ureteral intubation.Of them,one was found and repaired during the operation.4 cases had ureter fistula after operation and underwent a second operation.Conclusions：The ureteral catheter technique is easy to master,effective and worthy of popularization in gynecology laparoscopic surgery.
