胆囊结石并糖尿病患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期及主要并发症的处理

The perioperative management of complication in the diabetes patients with cholecystolithiasis underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨为胆囊结石合并糖尿病患者施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscop ic cholecystectomy,LC)围手术期及主要并发症的处理。方法:回顾分析为560例胆囊结石合并糖尿病患者施行LC围手术期及主要并发症的处理方法。结果:术前口服降糖药或用胰岛素治疗,血糖控制在理想范围。术后发生并发症16例,15例治愈,1例死亡。结论:胆囊结石合并糖尿病患者围手术期必须严格控制血糖,术中严格按操作规程施术,避免各种并发症的发生。

Objective：To explore the perioperative management of complication in the diabetes patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods：The clinical data of 560 diabetes patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The patients accepted treatment of medicine and insulin,and their plasma glucose was normal.Sixteen cases occurred postoperative complications,fifteen cases were cured and one death happened in these 16 cases.Conclusions：The perioperative management of glucose should be strict for the diabetes patients with cholecyslithiasis who will receive laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The operating skills are also important to prevent complications.
