数字化出版对高校学报及编辑意识的影响

The Digitalization of Publication and Its Effect on Journals of the Higher Education and the Consciousness of the Editors

随着计算机网络技术的快速发展,期刊数字化出版已成为出版业的发展趋势,也是国家出版产业的发展方向。期刊数字化出版改变了学术期刊出版的形式、内容以及服务机制。从高校学报编辑过程的数字化变化、印刷出版过程的数字化变化和产品形态的数字化变化三个方面阐述了数字化出版对高校学报带来的影响。高校学报要适应数字化出版所带来的环境变化,学报编辑应增强学习意识、网络意识、策划意识与法律意识,才能成为数字化出版时代的行家里手。

With the rapid development of the computer science,the digitalization of publication,which brought the changes in the form,content and the service of the journals of the higher education,has already become the fashion and the direction of the national publication.This paper illustrates the influence towards the journals from the following 3 aspects： the digitalization of the editing process;the digitalization of the publication and the digitalization of the products.And this paper deals with the adaptation of the journals of the higher education,the awareness of the consciousness of study,network,planning and the consciousness of law in the mind of the editors.
