父母对子女拥有法定平等的冠姓权,然而现实中大多数女性并没有享受到这一权利,这更导致她们在家庭中遭遇歧视,受教育不足,进而影响其社会地位。女性争取子女冠姓权存在较多的障碍,应积极推动男女平等分享子女冠姓权,以提升妇女的家庭地位和社会地位,加快男女平等的历史进程。

Parents have equal surname rights for children, but in real life, most women dont enjoy this right, which leads to them being discriminated in family and not being well educated. Thus their social status is affected. In pursuit of ehildreng surname rights, women meet with lots of obstacles, so we should promote men and women share equal rights in ehildren＇s surname to promote womeng family and social position and accelerate equality between men and women.
