女大学生职业人格特征研究及其职业指导对策

Research on Female College Students' Career Personality and Its Countermeasure

个体职业人格对职业行为会产生非常重要的影响。采用MBTI人格类型量表考察400名女大学生的职业人格特征发现,女大学生中具有E、S、T倾向的人数显著地多于一般人群期望值,在四种心理功能类型中,ST型与一般人群差异最大;与一般人群相比,ISTP、ISTJ型在女大学生中分布非常集中。我们应针对女大学生的职业人格特征,采取相对应的职业指导对策。

Individual＇s career personality has a significant influence on career behavior. By adopting MBTI（ Myers Briggs Type Indicator） to investigate career personality traits of 400 female college students, it shows that female college students with E, S,T trend are more than ordinary ones. Among four psychological types, ST type is of greatest difference from ordinary people ; comparing with ordinary group, ISTP and ISTJ types are of higher percentage among female college students. We should take relative countermeasures concerning female college students＇career personality traits.
