摘要
分析了妇女平等就业的必要性,指出了妇女就业过程中存在的不公平现象,提出建立以"就业促进法"为核心的就业法律、政策保障体系,通过实施减轻家务劳动的社区政策、健全女性就业的社会化补偿体系、鼓励创业、提高女大学生就业竞争力等措施促进妇女公平就业,推进社会和谐发展。
The necessity of equal employment for women concerned about, and the unequal cases when women hunt for job are also pointed out. It is suggested that the employment laws in terms of "The Law of the People's Republic of China on Promotion of Employment" and the policy security system should be established, some measures should be taken including making efforts through the community policies of reducing women's domestic labor, improving the social compensation system of female employment, encouraging entrepreneurship and strengthening competitiveness of female colleague students, so that women's equal employment and the society's harmonious development can be promoted.
