摘要
业主委员会通过法定程序由业主选举产生,维护业主的合法权益。其落实基层民主,创新民主制度;增强功效唯独,提高业主政治参与积极性;培养政治人格,拓宽参与渠道;结合民生,培育民主政治文化,是发展城市基层民主政治的重要环节。
The committee of owners set up in accordance with the law is an organization voted by the proprietors and defends their own legal interests. It innovates the community-level democracy, increases political participation, and develops political personality and democratic culture. So it is the important link of the city community-level democracy.
