Tentative Analysis of the "Secretarial Overall Planning"

尝试性地将统筹学和秘书学联系起来,提出了"秘书统筹"的概念。首先从统筹的角度分析了秘书实践的主体、客体和环境,进而探讨了秘书统筹的必要性、出发点、根本要求和落脚点,最后得出结论:主体是实现统筹的核心关键,秘书要提高其统筹能力。

To meet the times development, overall planning （OP） science and secretary science was associated tentatively, so the concept of ＂secretarial overall planning＂ was put forward. Firstly, from the angle of overall planning, the subject, object and environment of the secretarial practice were analyzed. Then the necessity, origin, basic requirements and foothold of secretarial overall planning were explored. Finally, a conclusion was drawn, i.e. the subject is the key of realizing overall planning, and cultivating its ability of overall planning is needed.
