摘要
采样设计是在矿山建设设计之前为选冶试验研究提供样品的非常重要和关键的环节,样品代表性及试验结果对矿山工艺流程选择及项目经济效益评价具有重大影响。本文以国外某红土型镍矿为例,根据矿床地质特征和矿石特点,对采样设计的目的任务、矿样重量和代表性、采样点选择及采样方法、配样计算以及施工要求等进行了概括总结,对类似项目具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
The sampling design is a very important and critical step to provide samples for beneficiation and smelting test study before the design of mine construction.The sample representativeness and test results will have significant impact on selection of mine process and economic evaluation of the project.This paper will take one foreign laterite-nickel mine for example and summarize the sampling design's objective,sample weight and representativeness,sampling point selection,sampling method,sample mixing calculation and construction requirements etc.based on the geological characteristics and ore features of the deposit,which will give some guidance and reference for similar projects.
