摘要
三山岛金矿在国内首次利用采矿井下含氯离子较高、其他金属离子含量较高的海水进行选矿,在现有磨浮流程及设备不变的情况下,合理优化工艺作业条件及药剂奈件,磨浮作业和浮选作业全部利用海水替代淡水进行磨矿和浮选。结果表明,在三山岛金矿采用井下海水进行选矿是完全可行的,选矿指标均达到和超过了淡水浮选指标。
The underground mining seawater,with high chloride ion and other metallic ions,was used for mineral separation for the first time in Sanshandao Gold Mine.Under the existing flotation flowsheet and equipment,the seawater was used to replace fresh water in whole grinding and flotation operation based on reasonably optimizing technological and reagent conditions.The results showed that it is feasible to use underground seawater for mineral separation in Sanshandao Gold Mine,and the mineral separation indexes achieved,even exceeded the indexes of flotation by fresh water.
